A thrilling surprise that starts at £85 and includes a randomly chosen saber hilt from our Standard and Premium range is now available: the Mystery Box. Please be aware that none of the children’s sabers are included in this promotion.
Every sword in the Mystery Box has a choice of character fonts and a handy mute button for times when you’d just rather not talk. You can set the 2-3W speaker’s output to the exact level you want thanks to its adjustable volume feature.
These sabers come equipped with a flash on clash mechanism that adds a realistic element to the fighting experience when hitting targets. Our sabers have smooth swing technology, which dynamically modifies the pitch and volume of swing noises according to the saber’s speed and orientation in order to further improve immersion.
Our saber hilts are made of a sturdy, long-lasting aluminum alloy. They may be readily disassembled to reveal several portions that can be customized with different parts to fit your tastes.
With a significant 2mm thickness, the accompanying polycarbonate blade is durable enough to survive intense dueling and collisions with other blades. Regarding power, every saber is fitted with a rechargeable battery, which comes in two capacities: 3000mAh and 3600mAh, contingent upon the employment of a pixel blade. Using the included USB cable, charging is simple and takes 4–8 hours.
An Allen key and screws have been thoughtfully included in the package to make the process of assembling the blade to the hilt easier.
If you choose a pixel blade, the entire length of the blade will be illuminated by a 50W LED strip, which will provide a much brighter glow than the 12W LED RGB base lit version.
You’ll have the further advantage of customisable settings, like as motion controls and default text colors, if you choose the Eco Pixel saber. To further personalize the saber, you can even alter the noises it makes.
The Eco Pixel battle saber is our top pick for anyone looking for a brightly lit 50W LED combat saber without going too far in terms of audio and visual personalization. Compared to the GHv3 and Proffie Pixel sabers, it is more reasonably priced and provides an excellent upgrade over the 12W RGB base lighted sabers.

Weathering, Etching and Battle Scarring
We have the option for your sabers to be weathered, etched or battle scarred.
For the weathering, this means that we take your hilt and make it look like it has had long exposure to the atmosphere, giving it a worn, run down look and a battle used kind of look.
With etching we add a stencil in the design you choose to protect your hilt and then use acid to remove the remaining metal giving a 3D textured pattern on your saber.
Battle scarring requires us to make cuts and gouges to your hilt to make it look like it has been used in combat and been hit by another saber.
Each process requires us to either sand parts of the hilt, add marks, scratches, dents or other battle like scars or by adding paints or chemicals to adjust the look of feel of the hilt.
This is very labour intensive and can extend the lead time and increase the cost of the saber. It can take up to 2 weeks to get your saber customised – this is on top of the normal 2 week production time for the parts, core and assembly of everything.
