We provide two primary types of lightsabers: the common model with a basic lit hilt and the pixel blade models, such as Eco, GHv3, and Proffie.

All of our lightsabers have a wide range of sound fonts based on different characters and a stop button for when you want to be quiet. Thanks to the 2-3W speaker, you can also change the volume to your liking.

For a more realistic fighting experience, our sabers have a “flash on clash” feature that makes them light up when they hit something. Also, the “smooth swing” feature makes the swing sounds change in level and pitch based on how you move the saber.

Our hilt is made of strong aluminum alloy and has a great design. The hilt is made to be flexible, so you can take it apart and replace parts to make it look how you want.

The polycarbonate blade has a width of 2 mm and is strong enough to handle tough duels and collisions with other blades.

We put rechargeable batteries in our lightsabers. Depending on the type, the batteries can hold either 3000mAh or 3600mAh. The included USB cord makes charging easy, and a full charge takes between 4 and 8 hours. With the Allen key and screws that come with it, it’s easy to put the blade on the handle.

Our pixel blades are a game-changer because they have a strong 50W LED strip that runs the length of the blade. This makes the light much brighter than the 12W RGB versions that come stock.

Different types offer different ways to customize. You can change things like the motion controls and the basic font colors on the Eco model, and you can even add your own sounds. Both the GHv3 and the Proffie Pixel sabers can be changed in a lot of ways, but the GHv3 is easier to use for making changes in the saber system. The Proffie is very flexible, but for more advanced tuning, you need to know more about how computer software works.

We suggest the Eco Pixel saber for people who want a very bright 50W LED combat saber but don’t want to mess with sound and visual customization. These lightsabers are a big step up from the 12W RGB base-lit models, but they are still cheaper than the GHv3 and Proffie Pixel versions.

Weathering, Etching and Battle Scarring

We have the option for your sabers to be weathered, etched or battle scarred.

For the weathering, this means that we take your hilt and make it look like it has had long exposure to the atmosphere, giving it a worn, run down look and a battle used kind of look.

With etching we add a stencil in the design you choose to protect your hilt and then use acid to remove the remaining metal giving a 3D textured pattern on your saber.

Battle scarring requires us to make cuts and gouges to your hilt to make it look like it has been used in combat and been hit by another saber.

Each process requires us to either sand parts of the hilt, add marks, scratches, dents or other battle like scars or by adding paints or chemicals to adjust the look of feel of the hilt.

This is very labour intensive and can extend the lead time and increase the cost of the saber. It can take up to 2 weeks to get your saber customised – this is on top of the normal 2 week production time for the parts, core and assembly of everything.
